Our beautiful Drôme deserves our attention, especially if you decide to visit us with your family. 4 minutes from exit 13 of the A7 at Tain l'Hermitage, close to all amenities and in the privileged environment of vineyards and orchards, the Residence 1876 proposes you this opportunity. The elegant pebble building with the typical charm of the Drôme hills nestles in a magnificent setting of unspoiled nature of 3000 m². With its 190 m² and outbuildings, it is the ideal setting for your holidays with family or friends.

Behind the pretty facade with almond green shutters, await:

- To relax: a spacious living room, a warm living space where you can share pleasant moments by the fireside of the pretty fireplace (wood provided), in front of the large flat screen led TV or by borrowing a book from your library. A reading and games corner for children. A terrace with barbecue and a double terrace space in the courtyard of the house. Swimming lane pool planned for summer 2020.

- To eat: a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker and kettle). A dining room opening onto the garden and the tree-lined courtyard, the scene of pleasant gourmet moments and long convivial evenings in summer.
